If you are a new official 18 years of age or older or you had your last PNAHA Background Check completed in 2006, follow these instructions to initiate a new screening: BackCheck 

No one who is eligible to get screened will be allowed to work any USA Hockey games (including Adults) until their name shows up on the PNAHA Approved Volunteers List
